In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "abc8" / "Platform" / "We" — referring to abc8 and all entities, websites, mobile applications, and services operated under the abc8 brand.
• "User" / "Member" / "You" — referring to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the abc8 platform.
• "Account" — referring to a user account officially registered on the abc8 platform.
• "Balance" — referring to the amount of funds in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) held in a user's account at any given time.
• "Bonus" — referring to any free credits, bonus cash, or promotional rewards granted by abc8 to members.
• "KYC" — referring to the Know Your Customer (Know Your Customer) used to verify user identity.
• "RNG" — referring to the Random Number Generator (Random Number Generator) used across all abc8 games.

To register and use the abc8 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not be on an active self-exclusion list at any gambling platform.
• Not register on behalf of another person or use another person's personal information.
• Not have been previously suspended, banned, or barred by abc8.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information including your full name, phone number, email address, and banking details. False information may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances without compensation.

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur within your abc8 account. This includes keeping your password confidential, not sharing your login credentials with any party, and ensuring that only you have access to your account.

Abc8 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact the abc8 support team immediately.

• You must update your account information whenever any changes occur.
• Abc8 reserves the right to suspend an account for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected.
• Accounts that have been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be subject to an administrative fee or closure after notice has been given.

Abc8 accepts deposits via a range of fully supported payment methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, direct bank transfer, and selected cryptocurrencies. All deposits are processed automatically within minutes.

The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction, while the maximum limit depends on your chosen payment method and account level. abc8 does not charge any fees on deposits; however, your bank or payment service provider may apply their own charges.

For withdrawals, the following conditions apply:

• The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 per transaction.
• All withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours on business days after KYC verification is completed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as the abc8 account.
• Abc8 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending security review or outstanding KYC compliance checks.
• Any deposit not accompanied by reasonable wagering activity may be deducted during the withdrawal process.

Abc8 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, weekly cashback, reload bonuses, and a VIP programme. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (wagering requirements) as stated in their respective promotional terms.

• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash unless the wagering requirements have been fully met.
• Each promotion has a set validity period; expired bonuses will be automatically forfeited.
• Abc8 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time with appropriate notice.
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly is fraudulent and will result in account termination.
• Abc8 reserves the right to decline or void bonuses where there are signs of promotional abuse.

Each game category on abc8 — including slots, live casino, bingo, fish shooting games, and sports betting — has its own specific rules. Detailed rules are available in the help section of each game. General rules applicable to all games are as follows:

• Game results generated by the abc8 RNG system are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any winnings resulting from a technical error, software malfunction, or other exceptional circumstance will be considered void and may be cancelled.
• The minimum and maximum wagers for each game are as specified within that game's interface.
• Abc8 reserves the right to cancel any game round in progress in the event of a serious technical disruption, with any outstanding wagers refunded to the user.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any external assistance tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

For sports betting in particular, abc8 follows the rules set by the relevant sporting body to determine the outcome of any disputed bet. abc8's decision in all game disputes is final.

Abc8 users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:

• Register more than one account, whether using your own information or that of another person.
• Use automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unfair method to influence game outcomes.
• Colluding with other players in Live Casino games or poker.
• Upload or share content that is unlawful, threatening, or defamatory through the abc8 platform.
• Money laundering or using the abc8 platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploit software bugs or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Threaten, insult, or act abusively toward abc8 customer support staff.

Abc8 respects the privacy of every member and is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the highest security standards. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data is governed by the abc8 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

By registering an abc8 account, you agree that we may collect and process your personal data for the following purposes:

• Identity verification and KYC process.
• Processing of financial transactions and fraud prevention.
• Service improvement and user experience enhancement.
• Account-related communications, promotions, and platform updates.
• Compliance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

• Losses arising from valid betting outcomes, as games and betting carry inherent financial risk.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your own negligence.

Under no circumstances shall abc8's total maximum liability to you exceed the net deposit amount you made in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
